Ingredients:


2 OZ WHITE RUM

1.5 OZ HIBISCUS LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP*

3 OZ CLUB SODA

1 OZ WHITE CRANBERRY JUICE

2 TSP LIME JUICE

1/2 LIME CUT INTO THIN SLICES

5-6 MINT LEAVES


Directions:


1. Pour 1.5 oz of hibiscus lemon simple syrup and a couple of mint leaves in a tall glass and muddle just to bruise the mint leaves.

2. Add 2 tbsp crushed ice then a lime wheel on top of the ice.

3. Layer more ice, mint leaves and lime wheels until the glass is full of ice.

4. In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, white cranberry juice and lime juice with ice.

5. Shake vigorously and pour into glass.

6. Pour the club soda on top.

7. Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint.

8. Serve immediately.
